Danish DJ and producer MORTEN has kept his incredibly innovative and trademarked sound ringing through platforms across the globe.
His ability to transform his music between melodic, captivating vocals and his well-known, recognized snare and bass heavy drops set him apart from most artists.
As the co-founder of ‘Future Rave’, and following his immense hits the last couple of years, MORTEN has created magical tracks in collaboration with David Guetta. He has gathered an audience of 4.7M monthly listeners on Spotify alone, releasing hit after hit with the Guetta-collab being on top 5 of the most played records in the world by DJ’s for weeks on end.
MORTEN proves his creativity spans even further with his clothing line ‘BBA’, the most successful merchandise line in Denmark, which sold out within hours after each collection drop.
During their time in the spotlight, the band has established themselves as one of the country’s leading hitmakers in Swedish pop, with over 340 million streams in their catalog.
Since their debut, they have performed on some of Sweden’s biggest stages, including Lollapalooza in Stockholm and Way Out West in Gothenburg, and collaborated with artists such as Victor Leksell, Molly Sandén, Norlie & KKV and many more.
The band consists of Louise Lennartsson, currently one of the hosts of this year’s “Så mycket bättre”, and producers Carl Silvergren and Felix Flygare Floderer. Their lyrics and music are characterized by strong hooks where modern pop meets an intimate fragility.
The band has been nominated for several prestigious awards, including “Group of the Year” at the P3 Guld Gala, “Pop of the Year” at the Grammis Gala and “Breakthrough of the Year” at the Musikförläggarnas Pris.
The messenger of refined R&B, Biz’s music is smooth R&B-tinged rap. The artist’s songs, which have a modern touch, are alive with stories and emotional lyrics.
Bizi may also be a familiar name from his productions with TIPPA; the duo produced the TRAPPIST EP together, which became one of the most talked-about joint releases in the rap field that year.
The EP solidified Biz’s position as the creator of the most catchy choruses, and when you add our country’s top producers to the production side, it’s no wonder that Rumba, among others, already saw him as a real future star.
TIX is indisputably Norway’s biggest pop artist – he’s got the most streams, most number 1 hits, is the most debated and the most loved. But it hasn’t always been this way… The story of Andreas Haukeland, the boy behind the sunglasses and fake fur, began with an outsider.
A diagnosis of Tourette’s Syndrome with uncontrollable tics earned him the nickname ”TIX” in middle school, and he was far from the centre of the party… if invited at all. Music became both an escape from loneliness and a way to feel included for young Andreas. He created an alternative personality with fur, headbands and sunglasses as a shield against the outside world, an armour that he could hide his tics behind. When he first started releasing music it quickly became clear that TIX had hit a nerve with the Norwegian people, and his ambitions grew in step with the success.
2020 was a turning point for TIX. With the whole of Norway behind him, he decided to reveal the man behind the sunglasses for the first time. He released the songs ”Jeg Vil Ikke Leve” and ”Tusen Tårer” in quick succession and both songs, in their own way, dealt with mental health, loneliness and feelings Andreas had carried since childhood. His vulnerability was immediately embraced by the fans, and TIX became a hero of sorts for many formerly excluded people in Norway. With the Norwegian Eurovision contribution ”Fallen Angel”, TIX debuts his first song in English, with his now trademark stories of loneliness and exclusion.
The Norwegian super duo Soppgirobygget (SGB) has had an explosive rise in recent years. HUGO’s rapid rise to stardom is like something straight out of a movie: A young artist reached out to rapper Ahdi via Instagram DM for advice and ended up in his studio trying out music-making. Things moved exceptionally fast from there, with HUGO’s debut single Puhutaan suoraan released in June 2023, his second single Sijoituksii feat. SMURDY in August, and breakthrough track Taulut feat. Costi in September 2023.

Roc Boyz became extremely popular among Russians and struck a chord with the youth with their creative lyrics and melodies. After being a leader in Russian music, they got a manager on the team (Dennis Kiil) to focus fully on the music. The rap trio from Bærum released their first song towards a new career in early 2022 with the renowned Swedish rapper ‘Greekazo’. ‘Bonanza’ ended up in 2nd place on the ‘Norway top 50’.
They have now collected over 150 million streams together, as well as put Russian music on the shelf to now put their own stamp on Nordic rap.
