Exchange your ticket for a wristband in advance at Espen Shopping Centre to avoid queues at the entrance. Please note: you can only pick up your own wristband, as wristbands are put on the wrist immediately.
July 10–11, 16:00->
If you are unable to collect your wristband beforehand, you can pick it up at the festival entrance from 16:00
No modifications to the wristband are allowed, including cutting off the excess strap. If your wristband breaks, go to to the Big Day Festival merch tent and ask for a new one. If you leave the festival with a broken wristband, you won’t be able to get a new one. Security has the right to cut off your wristband if you behave badly, and you need to leave

Cloakroom is available on site. Included with VIP. Big bags such as backpacks are not allowed in the festival area, so you can leave them in the cloakroom.
No, Big Day is open to all ages. However, VIP is for guests aged 18+ and there are designated 18+ areas.

If you bought tickets for you and your friends under the same name, that’s perfectly fine. The tickets are not personal, bring the tickets and collect your festival wristband. However, you cannot pick up wristbands for someone else as they are put on, on the spot.
Don’t worry, you can still pick up your wristband by showing the ticket. Tickets are not personal.

No, it’s a cashless festival.
Yes, you are allowed a small bag. However, big bags are not allowed, but you can leave them in the cloakroom.
No, it is strictly forbidden to bring food and drink into the area. This applies to all food and drink. We have food-trucks where you could supply yourself with beverage and food.
Ticket type does not matter, just show your ID to get into the K-18 area. Wristbands are the same.
Re-entry is allowed with an intact wristband. Feel free to leave and come back!
Yes, bring an empty water bottle and fill it up at the water station.
